The Bianco TM tamper is used especially for the preparation of viscous food, such as ice cream or puree - in order to repeatedly tamp the food from the edge of the container to the blade.
Due to its design, the Bianco tamper never touches the blade.

Hello, I would like to order the tamper for my Bianco Di Puro (currently with thermometer). Does it fit with it as well? I do not need the temperature function.

thank you for the question.
Whether the tamper fits depends on the length. There are very short (TXS), short (TS, T42S), medium (TM, T42M) and long (TL, T42L).
So if you have been using the T42M (with thermometer), you can replace it with the TM (without thermometer) without any problems.
