Kuvings Compact Self-Feeding Juicer including Sorbet and Cream Attachment
The Kuvings AUTO8 offers all the advantages of the convenient self-feeding technology found in the Kuvings AUTO10S but in a more compact size. With its 2-liter feed chamber, a full load can produce about 400 ml of juice in a single juicing session. This meets the demand for a smaller self-feeder - ideal for households of 1 to 3 people.
Of course, the AUTO8 can make all kinds of fresh-pressed juices - green juices are just as successful as fruit juices from soft and water-rich fruits. Simply fill the hopper, press start, and let the AUTO8 juice on its own. As convenient and time-saving as the larger Kuvings AUTO10S. But additionally, it comes with an attachment for making sorbets, ice cream, nut butters, or purees.
Kuvings AUTO8 product highlights:
- Automatic juicing: Simply place all the ingredients in the 2-liter hopper, press start, walk away and enjoy freshly squeezed juice after a few minutes.
- Time-saving in the morning: To avoid wasting time juicing in the morning, simply fill the hopper with ingredients the evening before and store it in the fridge. The next morning, place the filled hopper on the AUTO8, switch it on and let it juice while you are in the shower.
- Versatile vertical juicer: The Kuvings AUTO5 is suitable for soft and water-rich fruit and vegetables as well as for making green juices from fibrous celery or leafy greens. A real all-rounder among vertical juicers!

About the manufacturer Kuvings
Kuvings is one of the world's leading manufacturers of slow juicers. The South Korean company has made a name for itself in Germany in particular with its wide-mouth juicers. The feed chute of these appliances is so wide that whole apples and oranges can be juiced without having to be chopped first. With the Kuvings AUTO range, Kuvings has dedicated itself to self-feeding technology and developed outstanding slow juicers that make juicing even easier and more convenient.

What can I juice with the Kuvings AUTO8?
With the AUTO8, you can easily make celery juice, carrot juice, beetroot juice, ginger and turmeric shots, or fresh sauerkraut juice. It's perfect for soft apples and overripe pears, and can also make green juices with a high leafy green content. The Kuvings AUTO8 gently extracts the ingredients at just 50 revolutions per minute, ensuring a maximum of nutrients end up in your glass.
What is the quality of the juice?
Freshly squeezed juice is wonderfully full-bodied and smooth in taste with the Kuvings AUTO8. The juice is almost clear and fiber-free.
How suitable is the Kuvings AUTO8 for making celery juice?

With the Kuvings AUTO8, making fresh celery juice is a breeze. Simply fill the feed chamber and press the start button. With a fully loaded feed chamber, you can juice approximately 400 ml of celery juice in one go.
Preparation Recommendation: We suggest cutting the celery stalks into 2-3 cm lengths before juicing. This allows you to optimally fill the feed chamber and eliminates the need for refilling.
The celery juice is rich in flavor and nearly free of fibers. However, in terms of juice yield, the Kuvings AUTO8 had to admit defeat to the Test Winner Angel Juicer in our celery juice juicer test. While the Kuvings AUTO8 extracted an average of 331 ml of juice from 500 g of celery stalks, the Angel Juicer produced almost 100 ml more with 430 ml. This is not surprising, as the Angel Juicer remains the specialist par excellence when it comes to making green juices like celery juice.
How can I make nut milk in the Kuvings AUTO8?
You can also use the Kuvings AUTO8 to make nut milk. To do this, the nuts must be soaked in water overnight before processing. Before juicing, pour off the soaking water and add fresh water in a ratio of 1:3. Now start the Kuvings AUTO8 and gradually pour in the nut/water mixture using a ladle. As soon as the juice chamber is filled with milk, open the juice outlet flap and remove the milk. Finally, you can filter the nut milk with a nut milk bag to obtain a completely particle-free result.

What else can I make with the Kuvings AUTO8?

In addition to the juice screen, the Kuvings AUTO8 comes with a sorbet and cream strainer included. With this, you can make fruit sorbets from frozen fruits or ice cream. Moreover, you can also use the attachment to make nut butter or fruit purees from raw or cooked fruit.
Operation & handling of the Kuvings AUTO8

Assembling the Kuvings AUTO8 is straightforward. Unlike the Kuvings AUTO10, with the AUTO8, the juice screen is placed onto the auger. There is no wiper blade frame, which means there are even fewer parts to assemble. Make sure that the markings on the feed chamber and the juicing drum align. When the feed chamber clicks into place on the juicing drum, the AUTO8 is ready to use.
Juicing with the Kuvings AUTO8
Fill the hopper of the Kuvings AUTO8 with the ingredients according to your recipe. With a completely full hopper, you can make around 250 ml to 400 ml of juice without having to refill the ingredients. This allows you to concentrate on other things while juicing.
Important note: When the filling chamber is completely filled with ingredients, leave the juice outlet flap open so that the juice can escape from the start, as the juice chamber cannot hold more than 500 ml of juice.

Preparation recommendation: We also recommend that you cut apples, pears and oranges into quarters to fill the hopper better and speed up the juicing process. The same applies to celery stalks, carrots or cucumbers, which should be cut into 2-3 cm long pieces before juicing.
If the hopper is only half full and you want to make a mixed juice of fruit, leafy greens and vegetables, close the juice outlet flap to ensure even mixing during juicing.
To start the Kuvings AUTO8, set the central function switch on the motor block to FWD (FORWARD) for "forward". Normally, the ingredients are automatically pulled into the juice drum. If something gets stuck, simply use the tamper provided and push the juice ingredients towards the pressing screw.
The juicing process is finished when no more new pomace comes out of the pomace outlet or the juice drum is already filled to the maximum with juice. Open the juice outlet flap and remove the juice. To get the last drops out of the appliance, tilt the AUTO8 slightly towards the juice outlet.
If the juice drum is clogged, press the REV button
It is possible for juice ingredients to jam or get stuck in the housing. This blockage can be easily cleared by reversing the machine. To do this, set the central function switch on the motor block to REV for a few seconds by holding it down. As soon as the ingredient blockage has been released, set it back to FWD and continue juicing.

Cleaning the Kuving AUTO8
The Kuvings AUTO8 is easiest to clean immediately after use to prevent juice and pulp residues from drying. For the first cleaning step, simply close the juice spout cap, pour in half a liter of water, and let the motor run for a few seconds. Open the juice spout cap, allow the water to drain, and remove the juicing bowl from the motor, placing it in the sink.

Next, disassemble the juicing bowl and clean all parts under running water with the included cleaning brush. For cleaning the strainer, we additionally recommend purchasing the strainer cleaning brush from Sana (see recommended accessories). For a complete cleaning of the pulp outlet, there is a silicone clamp on the underside of the juice chamber that must be opened.
Recommended accessories
Flat cleaning brush from Sana
As described above, we recommend an additional cleaning brush for cleaning the screen, namely the one from Sana. It is nice and flat, has hard-wearing bristles and is very good at removing ingredient residues from the screen pores.
