What is the quality of the juice?
In terms of juice yield and juice quality, all three Angel Juicer models - 5500, 7500 and 8500S - are absolutely equivalent. The following comments on juice quality therefore apply to every Angel Juicer.
Clear, velvety-soft and exceptionally aromatic
The Angel Juicer 7500 produces cold-pressed juices that taste exceptionally full-bodied. The twin-gear system not only extracts the maximum amount of liquid and nutrients, but also preserves the full flavor of the ingredients. The result is clear juices with a velvety-smooth consistency and virtually no foam. Mixed juices made from leafy greens, vegetables and a small amount of fruit are particularly impressive in terms of taste.
The supreme discipline: green juices
Green juices are the great strength of every Angel Juicer - and of course also of the Angel Juicer 7500. The juicer effortlessly draws in fibrous ingredients such as wheat grass or wild herbs and squeezes them out completely. The counter-rotating stainless steel press rollers work so efficiently that noticeably fewer ingredients are needed for the same amount of juice than with other slow juicers - an advantage that is also financially noticeable in the long term.
Vegetable and fruit juices made from hard ingredients
The Angel Juicer 7500 also shows its strength with hard ingredients such as root vegetables or firm apples. Whether beetroot juice or carrot juice - the results are impressive. Softer ingredients such as pears, pineapple, lemon or orange can also be processed without any problems. Our tip: It is best to alternate between soft and hard ingredients in the feed chute to avoid a backlog.
Juices made from soft and overripe fruit
For pure pineapple juice or mixed juices made from soft, overripe fruit, we recommend the wooden tamper with silicone ring. Thanks to the air pressure generated by the silicone ring, the ingredients are conveyed evenly to the press rollers - so there is no backlog of liquid in the feed chute.
Thicker juices with the coarse screen
Although the Angel Juicer 7500 is primarily known for clear juices, it can also be used to prepare thicker juices with a smoothie-like consistency. This requires the coarse sieve, which is available separately and is not included in the standard scope of delivery. Soft ingredients and overripe bananas or pears are particularly suitable for this.
Ginger and turmeric shots
The Angel Juicer 7500 is also perfect for preparing ginger shots or turmeric shots. The tubers are squeezed out completely, the juice is clear and free of residue - one reason why Angel Juicers are also used in professional juice bars.
Fresh sauerkraut juice
Not everyone likes the taste of fresh sauerkraut - but it is full of probiotic nutrients. The celery juice is not only fibre-free, but also has a uniquely full-bodied and smooth taste.
For anyone who drinks large quantities of freshly squeezed celery juice every day, investing in an Angel Juicer 7500 will pay off in the long term. Because no other slow juicer produces 100 ml of celery juice as cost-effectively as an Angel Juicer!
What other preparation options are there?
In addition to cold-pressed juices, the Angel Juicer 7500 opens up further application possibilities with optional screen inserts, which are available separately:

- Puree screen: For baby porridge, sorbets made from frozen fruit, hummus, salsas or sauces
Operation & handling of the Angel Juicer 7500
Assembling the Angel Juicer 7500 is straightforward: Only 4 components - twin augers, screen housing with feed chute and screen cover - are put together. As the feed chute has a diameter of 4.3 cm, the ingredients should be cut to a suitable size.
The power switch for stand-by mode is located at the rear of the Angel Juicer 7500. The control panel on the right-hand side offers three functions: Start, Stop and Reverse. To juice, press the start button, place the ingredients in the feed chute and push with the plunger. The 3-stage pressing process crushes, mixes and squeezes the ingredients. The juice flows into the juice jug underneath the sieve housing, while the pomace is ejected into the collection container at the front.
As soon as no more pomace escapes and no more juice drips out, the juicing process is complete. Now press Stop and switch off the power switch.
Tip: Leave the Angel Juicer 7500 running for a few more seconds after the last pomace has been ejected - there are often a few drops of juice left.
If the Angel Juicer 7500 blocks
Occasionally, the safety sensor may interrupt the juicing process - for example, if a hard foreign object such as a piece of cutlery accidentally gets into the feed chute. In this case, the Angel Juicer 7500 stops automatically and signals the blockage with a sound. In contrast to the Angel Juicer 5500, where the return motion must be triggered manually, the automatic return motion of the 7500 starts automatically: The twin press rollers rotate backwards and release the blockage. The juicing process is then restarted simply by pressing the start button.

Cleaning the Angel Juicer 7500
Our tip: It is best to clean the Angel Juicer 7500 immediately after juicing before juice residues can dry. To do this, dismantle the appliance and first remove the coarse pomace residue from the sieve, feed chute, press rollers and sieve cover directly into the organic waste garbage can - this keeps the drain in the sink clear. Then remove the fiber residue from the sieve with the enclosed stainless steel scraper and clean all parts with the supplied cleaning brush under lukewarm water. We recommend our practical cleaning brush for the feed chute, which fits perfectly through the openings and removes residues quickly and thoroughly. Finally, dry all parts with a kitchen towel, reassemble the Angel Juicer 7500 and rinse the juice jug and pulp container thoroughly.
Good to know: All stainless steel parts of the Angel Juicer 7500 are dishwasher-safe. We recommend using the dishwasher for occasional basic cleaning - but even then the coarse pomace residues should be removed by hand first.

Angel Juicer coarse screen for juices from soft ingredients
The Angel Juicer 7500 comes with a fine screen, which is perfectly adequate for most applications. However, if you want to make pure juices from soft ingredients - i. e. without adding hard ingredients such as carrots, celery or beet - you will also need the coarse screen. Without this, too much residue is produced when juicing soft ingredients. A simple rule of thumb: anything that can be easily mashed in the hand is considered soft - such as pineapple, banana, mango, tomato or kiwi. Carrots, beet, celery and leafy greens, on the other hand, are considered hard ingredients.
Angel Juicer wooden tamper with silicone ring
Our must-have for every Angel Juicer: the Angel Juicer wooden tamper with silicone ring. It enables the production of clear juices even from soft and overripe ingredients. The silicone ring creates an air pressure that transports the ingredients evenly to the press rollers, effectively preventing liquid from backing up or overflowing in the feed chute. Important: Only press gently so that no juice drips out of the side of the appliance.
