Hurom’s largest self-feeder!

With the Hurom H80-ST, Hurom sets new standards for the convenient production of even large juice quantities: The 2.2‑liter feeding chamber makes it the brand’s largest self-feeding juicer – simply fill in the ingredients, let the H80-ST do the work, and extract around 600 ml of juice in just one juicing cycle.

You can make all your favorite juices with the H80-ST – from celery juice to beetroot or carrot juice and all the way to ginger shots. It is particularly suitable for juicing soft and water-rich ingredients such as oranges, grapes and berries or overripe pears.

If you prefer smoothie-like juices with more pulp and fiber, just use the coarse strainer. If you want to use the H80-ST for ice cream and sorbet creations, use the ice and cream insert. Both are included in the generous standard scope of delivery in addition to the fine strainer for clear juices!

Hurom H80-ST

Hurom H80-ST product highlights:

  • Ideal for large juice quantities: Thanks to the 2.2‑liter feeding chamber, the Hurom H80-ST produces about 600 ml in just one juicing cycle – perfect for larger households or people who want to enjoy larger amounts of juice every day.
  • Time-saving in the morning: Simply chop the ingredients in the evening, fill the feeding chamber and store it in the fridge. In the morning, the Hurom H80-ST juices while you brush your teeth or take a shower.
  • Fruit juice specialist: The H80-ST can prepare all popular juices. Its vertical design with large feeding chamber prevents the ingredient jams that are typical of soft and water-rich fruits such as oranges, grapes, berries or overripe pears – no pushing, no stalling, just let it run.
  • Generous standard equipment: The H80-ST comes as standard with a fine strainer for clear juices, a coarse strainer for smoothie-like juices with more pulp and fiber, as well as an ice and cream insert for sorbet and ice cream creations. No additional accessories needed!
  • 15‑year warranty: The motor and all essential components of the Hurom H80-ST are covered by a 15‑year warranty. Only wear parts such as silicone components and the juice and pulp containers are excluded.

Overview

About the manufacturer Hurom

Hurom is one of the pioneers of the slow juicer industry and has made a name for itself worldwide as a leading manufacturer of high-quality vertical juicers. Making green juices with the Hurom H80-ST

What is the juice quality like?

Selleriesaft

The Hurom H80-ST can produce almost clear, particle-free juices – whether green juices such as celery juice, vegetable juices like beetroot juice or carrot juice, or ginger shots. With pure fruit juices made from apples, pears or berries, the consistency is naturally somewhat creamier – comparable to a concentrated juice.

The H80-ST really plays to its strengths with soft, water-rich fruits and vegetables: While horizontal and many vertical juicers tend to clog quickly with such ingredients, the H80-ST processes them effortlessly and without interruption thanks to its large feeding chamber and vertical design – whether pineapple, grapes or overripe pears.

At around 50 revolutions per minute, the H80-ST operates very gently: No heat build-up, no oxygen turbulence – nutrients and flavors are largely preserved and go straight into your glass. The juice yield is on par with other high-quality vertical juicers.

How suitable is the Hurom H70-ST for producing celery juice?

Anyone who wants to drink fresh celery juice daily will be well served with the Hurom H80-ST. The preparation is particularly uncomplicated thanks to the generous 2.2-liter feeding chamber and the self-feeding function: Cut the celery into pieces about 2-3 cm long, put them into the feeding chamber, and start the H80-ST – the self-feeder takes care of the rest. The celery juice comes out clear and nearly fiber-free.

For our celery juice juicer test, we juiced 500 g of celery with various slow juicers and compared the juice yield. The Hurom H80-ST produced an average of 333 ml of celery juice. Compared to the test winner, the Angel Juicer, this is about 100 ml less juice from the same amount.

What other preparation options are there?

Nut milk

The Hurom H80-ST is not just a powerful juicer – it is also excellent for making fresh nut milk. First soak the nuts in water overnight. Then pour off the soaking water and top up the nuts with fresh water in a 1:3 ratio. Before filling the juicer, close the juice outlet cap, start the H80-ST and gradually pour in the nut-water mixture with a ladle. Once the juicing chamber is full, open the juice cap and draw off the milk. For a completely particle-free result, strain the finished nut milk through a nut milk bag.

Hurom H80-ST with fully filled feeding chamber

Operation & handling of the Hurom H80-ST

The Hurom H80-ST is quick and intuitive to assemble: First, insert the strainer, wiper and auger into the juicing chamber. Then place the feeding chamber onto the juicing chamber with a turn to the right. The fully assembled juicing unit is then placed onto the motor base according to the juice and pulp outlet guides.

Preparing ingredients before juicing

To make optimal use of the XXL feeding chamber and the self-feeding function of the H80-ST, it is recommended to cut all ingredients – fruit, vegetables and fibrous produce – into pieces of about 2–3 cm. Quarter or eighth apples, pears or citrus fruits depending on their size. This way, you can fill the feeding chamber to the maximum and the H80-ST can process the ingredients without interruption.

Hurom H80-ST: on/off switch

Close the lid and push the central function switch on the motor base up to “ON” – the H80-ST now starts juicing automatically. Depending on the juice recipe, it will be finished after about 2–3 minutes. Then open the juice outlet cap and pour out the freshly pressed juice.

If you want to add more ingredients, you can top them up through the opening in the lid while the juicer is running. Alternatively, you can also open the lid completely – the juicing process will then stop automatically and resume automatically once the lid is closed again.

Preparation tip: Simply cut the ingredients into pieces the evening before, fill the feeding chamber and store it in the fridge. The next morning, the H80-ST juices by itself while you get ready – fresh juice without losing time!

Using the fine strainer:
The fine strainer is suitable for almost all types of fruits, vegetables and leafy greens – from fibrous ingredients such as celery stalks, cabbage leaves or herbs to root vegetables like carrots, beetroot or parsnips, and hard and water-rich fruits such as apples, pineapple, tomatoes, cucumbers or berries.

Using the coarse strainer:
The coarse strainer is used when juices are to be made from very soft, creamy ingredients such as bananas, mangoes, overripe pears or avocados – for thicker, smoothie-like results with more pulp and fiber.

Reverse function

The Hurom H80-ST also has a reverse mode. If the juicer stops due to excessive amounts or pieces of ingredients, push the central function switch down and hold it to activate the reverse function. When you release the switch, the reverse function stops automatically.

Cleaning the Hurom H80-ST

The Hurom H80-ST is easiest to clean immediately after use. Before you remove the complete juicing unit from the motor base, close the juice outlet cap. This prevents remaining drops from dripping onto the worktop or kitchen floor on the way to the sink. Now detach the feeding chamber from the juicing chamber, remove the individual parts of the slow juicer and rinse them directly in the sink under running water. The cleaning brush included in the delivery helps you clean the strainer, all the small windings and the pulp outlet. Then place the juicer parts on a kitchen towel to dry or dry them quickly by hand. Reassemble the individual parts and place the complete juicing unit back on the motor base. Done!

Attention: Please make sure that pulp residues do not clog the drain when cleaning. Simply use a drain strainer.

Hurom H80-ST vs. Hurom H320N

Both the Hurom H80-ST and the Hurom H320N belong to the Hurom Pure Press Line and are designed as convenient self-feeding juicers. Both slow juicers operate with the proven slow-squeezing technology at 50 rotations per minute and produce clear, low-pulp juices with intense flavor thanks to their stainless steel fine sieves. Due to their vertical design, both models are compact enough to fit easily under hanging cabinets, and both offer a 15-year warranty on the motor and parts. However, there are some differences.

The Differences in Detail

1. Juice Yield Comparison

In our celery juice test, the Hurom H320N achieved an average juice yield of 350 ml from 500 g of celery. The Hurom H80-ST achieved an average of 333 ml. So, the H320N has a slightly better juice yield. For the detailed test results, click chere.

2. Capacity of the Hopper

The Hurom H80-ST features the largest hopper in the Hurom range, with 2.2 liters. The H320N has a capacity of 2.0 liters. In practice, this means that the H80-ST can produce about 600 ml of fresh juice in one juicing cycle, while the H320N can produce around 500 to 550 ml. Therefore, those who regularly want to produce particularly large quantities of juice at once – e. G., for families with 3 to 4 people – will benefit from the larger volume of the H80-ST.

3. Different Equipment

The Hurom H80-ST comes with three inserts: a fine screen for clear juices, a coarse or smoothie screen for thicker juices with a higher pulp and fiber content, and an ice and cream insert for making sorbets, ice cream, or fruit purees. The Hurom H320N comes standard with two inserts – a fine screen and a coarse screen. An ice and cream insert is not included with the H320N but can be purchased separately. Therefore, those who want to make sorbets and ice creations without buying an extra insert will find the H80-ST to be fully equipped right from the start.

4. Price Difference

The Hurom H80-ST is priced higher than the Hurom H320N. This is mainly due to the larger hopper (2.2 vs. 2.0 liters) and the more extensive standard equipment with three instead of two inserts – the ice and cream insert is included with the H80-ST and does not need to be purchased separately.

Our Conclusion:

If you want the maximum capacity and the most comprehensive equipment with three sieve inserts in the standard package, go for the Hurom H80-ST. If you are looking for a proven and very popular self-feeding juicer with a slightly better juice yield and can initially do without the ice and cream insert, the Hurom H320N is the right slow juicer for you at a lower price.

Hurom H80-ST vs. Hurom H330P

Both the Hurom H80-ST and the Hurom H330P come from the Hurom Pure Press Line and are among the most convenient self-feeding juicers in the Hurom range. Thanks to the stainless steel fine sieve and the nutrient-preserving slow-squeezing technology at 50 rotations per minute, both devices deliver clear, flavorful juices – from celery juice to carrot juice to ginger shots and fruit juices. The vertical design ensures a compact footprint for both models, fitting easily under hanging cabinets. Both juicers offer a 15-year warranty on the motor and parts and come with three inserts in the standard package: a fine screen for clear juices, a coarse or smoothie screen for thicker juices, and an ice and cream insert for sorbets, ice cream, and fruit purees. Despite the many similarities, the H80-ST and H330P differ in some points. Since the Hurom H330P is technically 100% identical to the Hurom H320N, the comparison with the H80-ST is very similar.

The Differences in Detail

1. Juice Yield Comparison

In our celery juice test, the Hurom H330P extracted an average of 350 ml of juice from 500 g of celery. The Hurom H80-ST achieved an average of 333 ml. Thus, the H330P works a bit more efficiently here. For the detailed test results, click chere.

2. Capacity of the Hopper

The biggest difference lies in the capacity of the hopper. The H80-ST has a capacity of 2.2 liters – the largest feeding chamber Hurom currently installs in a juicer. The hopper of the H330P offers 2.0 liters. Specifically, this means that when the feeding chamber is fully filled, the H80-ST produces about 600 ml of fresh juice in one juicing cycle, while the H330P produces about 500 to 550 ml. For households that want to prepare larger quantities of juice at once daily, this extra capacity can make a difference.

3. Price Difference

The Hurom H80-ST is priced higher than the Hurom H330P. The price difference is explained by the larger feeding chamber with a capacity of 2.2 instead of 2.0 liters, and the associated higher juice yield per juicing cycle.

Our Conclusion:

The Hurom H80-ST and the Hurom H330P are both fully equipped with three inserts and offer maximum convenience when juicing. The decisive factor is the question of capacity: those who want the largest hopper and the highest juice yield per cycle should opt for the H80-ST. Those looking for a generously sized self-feeding juicer with slightly better juice yield at a lower price will find an excellent choice in the Hurom H330P.
