I received feedback through the website Perfekte Gesundheit from your distribution partner 100511, stating that I should discuss this matter with you.
I am interested in the food dehydrator 2110. I live in Switzerland and have a mailbox at the German border. With various suppliers, VAT is not charged because the billing address is in Switzerland. The goods are then cleared at the border.
Is this also possible with you?

If the delivery address for an order is in Switzerland, we do NOT charge VAT.
The goods will then be customs cleared in Switzerland, and import VAT or similar taxes will be due there.
However, if the delivery address is in Germany, we charge German VAT.
If the customer then personally transports the goods to Switzerland, we do NOT refund the VAT afterwards, as the bureaucratic effort involved is simply too high.
